Laptop Loan Program is only available for students in the Student Support Services Program

The Student Support Services Program (SSS) has Laptop Computers that may be checked out free for up to seven (7) nights at a time.The pick up time is between 7:30 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Friday (appointment required) and must be checked in by 12:00 noon on the 7th day. If the computer is turned in after 12:00 noon, you will be charged a $3.00 late fee for each day late. You may be restricted from checking out a computer for the remainder of the term or the following term if there are abuses to the check out policy. Computers may be reserved up to two (2) weeks in advance. Only one advance reservation may be made at a time. After using and returning the computer, you may reserve it again up to two weeks in advance.

The student who checks out this computer is responsible for the computer at all times. The student will be responsible for replacement of all damaged, lost, or stolen computer and/or accessories/parts. This excludes normal wear and tear. Any problems with the computer or accessories must be reported to Michael Meyers immediately.

I understand the terms described above and agree to the conditions as out-lined. I fully understand that it is my responsibility to take care of this equipment while it is assigned to me and to pay for the replacement of any parts that are broken, lost or stolen. Failure to do so will result in punitive actions in accordance with university policies. In addition, I will be denied future access of the Laptop Computer for no less than one academic term.
