Moderate Income Automobile Loan (MIAL) Program.?Navy Federal's Moderate Income Automobile Loan (MIAL) Program is an alternative automobile (new and used) loan program for moderate income members who, under traditional lending policies, would not qualify for loans due to lack of credit history.?The MIAL has a slightly higher interest rate than Navy Federal's standard auto loan rates, but is far less than these borrowers might expect to pay elsewhere.?However, the rate is reduced to Navy Federal's standard auto loan rate after two years of prompt repayment.?

Second Chance Auto Loan.?The Second Chance Auto Loan program provides members who finance a vehicle through a dealer or another financial institution the option of refinancing that loan through Navy Federal, with more affordable rates and terms.

Share Secured Credit Cards.?Navy Federal offers a share secured credit card  available in both VISA and MasterCard.?It is for members with limited credit and no credit history or credit problems.?Shares equal to 100% of the credit limit secure the card.?The member may apply to be transferred to a traditional/classic credit card account at any time after the share secured account has been opened approval may depend upon the member's ability to demonstrate timely repayment history.

EasyStart Share Certificate.?Navy Federal's EasyStart 1-year term share certificate encourages savings by allowing members to open a certificate account with a minimum of $250 and permits additional deposits to the certificate at any time while earning a higher return than is paid on a share savings account.

IRA EasyStart.?Navy Federal now offers an IRA EasyStart, with the same $250 minimum deposit requirement, 1-year term, and the ability to add to it at any time similar to the EasyStart Share Certificate.

Custom Club Accounts.?Navy Federal's Custom Club Account provides a vehicle to accommodate separate accounts in which members can €œearmark€?funds and systematically save for a particular event.
